We talk. I ask questions to help you get started but leave room for you to find your own words. I am a real person and will sometimes gently challenge you to reframe if it looks like you’re stuck, but always from a stance of solidarity and caring. I will encourage you to feel, not just think —notice your emotions and where they live in your body— and together we’ll make meaning from what surfaces. No worksheets, rarely homework.
